ONE Championship mixed martial artist and submission grappler Bruno Pucci of Brazil says he has one distinct advantage over BJJ phenom Dante Leon when the two meet inside the ring next weekend.
The 34-year-old United BJJ representative says he will bank on his MMA experience to take out his esteemed opponent.
Speaking to ONE Championship in a recent interview, Pucci talked about having more experience in the all-encompassing sport and how that will help him against Leon.

Angela Lee's husband said:
"I think if I get to his back, I’m pretty comfortable that I can finish him there. Everything comes up on how to get there. And, as I said before, I just wanna use my MMA experience against his jiu-jitsu experience. Because he’s a very good jiu-jitsu guy on top of the wave right now, and I think that’s what is gonna count in my favor."
Pucci returns to action after nearly two years away from competition. His last fight was in November 2022 -- a unanimous decision loss to Kirill Gorobets. Prior to that, Pucci also dropped defeats to Kwon Won Il and Shuya Kamikubo.
Pucci's last win came against former ONE lightweight MMA world champion Kotetsu Boku in January 2019.
