Third-ranked ONE Championship bantamweight MMA contender 'Pretty Boy' Kwon Won Il of South Korea expects to finally conquer his greatest opponent when he meets with 'Wonder Boy' Fabricio Andrade early next year for the ONE bantamweight MMA world title.
Kwon is set to challenge Andrade for the gold, and he is confident he can avenge his June 2022 loss to the dangerous Brazilian and then take home the coveted belt.
Speaking on a recent guest appearance on Anything Goes, Kwon says that the main difference in this rematch is that he's going to beat Andrade up badly.

'Pretty Boy' said:
"For this one, the difference that will decide this fight, is that Andrade has never gotten beaten up by me yet. And that’s gonna be the difference."
Kwon is set to face Andrade at ONE 170: Tawanchai vs. Superbon II, which broadcasts live in Asia primetime from the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand on Friday, January 24, 2025.

"This time, I’ll show everyone that I’m gonna be dominating him in every aspect of MMA. In our first fight, I can say that I made a mistake. And mentally, I wasn’t there, you know. I will dominate him in every aspect of MMA. Nothing will work against me and I will show domination."
