"The best New Year's gift" - Shadow eyes lucrative six-figure ONE contract if he beats Sitthichai at ONE Friday Fights 92

Shadow Singha Mawynn believes he can turn his fortunes around should he register a victory over Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong at ONE Friday Fights 92.

Their featherweight Muay Thai scrap serves as the headline attraction of the promotion's last ONE Friday Fights card of 2024, which takes place inside the legendary Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, this Friday, December 20.

Throughout his campaign under the ONE banner, Shadow has taken significant strides in his quest to land a six-figure contract with ONE's global roster.

He's built on his third-round TKO win over Erik Hehir in his sophomore outing with back-to-back unanimous decision victories over world title challenger Jimmy Vienot and Mohammad Siasarani.

While he has yet to receive the golden opportunity to place himself on the main roster, Shadow is confident it will arrive as long as he gets his hand raised against Sitthichai inside the Mecca of Muay Thai this week.

Speaking to ONE Championship, the 24-year-old offered:

"Most importantly, I might get a ONE contract in this fight. A six-figure ONE Championship contract would be the best New Year's gift of my life."

The veteran wants to add the only prize missing from his haul of world titles — ONE gold — and he knows another positive result will improve his chances.
