UFC Hall of Famer Khabib Nurmagomedov is an ardent and practicing Muslim and has let his beliefs reflect in his conduct and mannerisms, especially towards women.

A compilation on YouTube of his various interactions with the opposite gender across the span of his professional career has garnered over 2.7 million views. The compilation, made by YouTube channel 10 minutes, has various clips of Nurmagomedov in public settings and in one-on-one interviews with female reporters.

Fans made numerous well-humored jokes on his stoic behavior.

Dana White doesn't believe Islam Makhachev is in Khabib Nurmagomedov's shadow

Khabib Nurmagomedov was utterly dominant during his reign as lightweight champion.

Nurmagomedov's successor Islam Makhachev, made his second title defense at UFC 294 against pound-for-pound No.2 Alexander Volkanovski, sparking discussions and comparisons between the two.

UFC president Dana White does not see it the same way and mentioned that Islam Makhachev's young career could supercede what Khabib Nurmagomedov achieved in terms of title defenses.

He said:

“I don’t know if he really lives in Khabib’s shadow. The guy’s been dominant and then he goes in, all the controversy that came off the last fight, and he finishes this fight the way that he did. He went in there and viciously, impressively finished this fight with a Cro Cop-esque kick to the head. It doesn’t get any better than that... And you don’t ever see anybody do that to Volkanovski. Khabib came in and won the title and defended it — but this kid could go on a defense run that absolutely blows everybody away that ever held the belt in that division.”
