Victoria Souza aiming for back-to-back victories at ONE 168: Denver
In a couple of weeks, Victoria Souza is going to clash with American star Alyse Anderson and aiming for a consecutive victory for the first time since her debut three years ago.
This past June, 'Vick' nabbed the victory from the hands of Japanese superstar Itsuki Hirata via first-round submission. Overall, it was her second win in four bouts to date with ONE.
It is no surprise that Souza wants to use that momentum to aim for the second straight win and reinforce her threats on the top five fighters in the atomweight division.
But, she is facing a strong opponent in Anderson.
The American MMA star wants to bounce back in front of her home crowd after suffering a loss in the hands of Thai superstar and ONE atomweight MMA world champion Stamp Fairtex in May last year, when ONE debuted in U.S. soil.
Tickets for ONE 168 are still available via Ticketmaster.
