"7 x 10 minutes rounds of @kennedy_jiujitsu and me sparring non-stop 😭❤️ the jiu-jitsu in these rolls is another level! But besides that, we have so much fun and it's super safe in our training 😊😊🙏 So grateful to have him as a training partner and our professor @cobrinhacharles correcting us in between rounds!!" wrote Mikey Musumeci.

The Instagram Story showed Musumeci not only perfecting his already impeccable BJJ bag but also working on his wrestling.

Musumeci is one of this generation's best submission grapplers and was a five-time BJJ world champion before he signed with ONE Championship in 2022.

The American star now has a chance to further his legacy if he beats Ruotolo for a second ONE world title.
