Gasanov turned in an exemplary showing against his highly regarded foe, winning by unanimous decision to extend his winning streak to three.
Speaking to the media at the official ONE Fight Night 26: Lee vs. Rasulov post-fight interviews, Gasanov says he has discovered many areas of improvement in his game that he needs to work on.
The 29-year-old Peresvet Fight Team and Tiger Muay Thai representative said:

"Absolutely. I want to develop in all areas, but especially in my wrestling. The level I have now isn’t enough for me – I want to be even better."

The Tiger Muay Thai fighter credits his wrestling for his success. He told ONE Championship:
"Wrestling was an integral part of my game plan from the start. I needed to take him down and make him work on the ground to wear him out."
