Reigning and undisputed ONE women's atomweight submission grappling world champion Danielle Kelly of the United States is one of the most dangerous women in 'the gentle art' today.
But the 28-year-old Silver Fox BJJ product says it was never smooth sailing getting to this point in her career. In fact, Kelly recalled a time when she was first starting with jiu-jitsu, and how she's still in contact with some of her gymmates today.

"When I started, it was literally me and maybe two girls who were four years old, who are now graduating from college, which is really crazy. Because I follow them on social media and like, wow, I'm getting old. But yeah, I was one of the only big teen kind of girls in the class that just started, and the rest were boys."
Today, Kelly stands tall among competitors in a male-dominated sport. And she is ready to once again showcase her skills on the global stage in her next fight -- a world title defense.
