The Boxing Works representative said:
"I think, just like all my matches, that’s definitely going to be one of my strong suits. It doesn’t matter that the gloves are bigger; I think the strength is still going to be there."
Jackie Buntan burst onto the scene in February 2021, scoring back-to-back wins over highly regarded fighters Nat 'Wondergirl' Jaroonsak and Ekaterina 'Barbie' Vandaryeva.
In April 2022, she challenged Swedish sensation Smilla Sundell for the strawweight Muay Thai gold, losing by unanimous decision after five rounds.
Now, Buntan is ready for her second shot at immortality, and she can't wait to seize the moment.
Meanwhile, Meksen joined the world's largest martial arts organization in September 2021, jumping out to a quick 3-0 start.
Last December, however, 'C18' came crashing back down to earth when she was dominated by Phetjeeja Lukjaoporongtom in a battle for the atomweight kickboxing gold.
