"The taxpayers' money!" - Joe Rogan comments on Beyoncé, Eminem, and other A-listers allegedly getting paid millions for endorsing Kamala Harris

Episode #2229 of The Joe Rogan Experience saw the popular podcaster welcome fellow comedian Jeff Dye, with whom he conversed about the United States' political landscape. Naturally, Rogan and his guest were both highly critical of the Democratic Party and Kamala Harris.

The United States vice president ran as the Democrats' presidential nominee in the 2024 elections. During her campaign, she enjoyed endorsements from numerous A-list celebrities, like Eminem and Beyoncé, for which Rogan claims she paid up to $20 million in taxpayers' money.

When asked by his guest, Dye, how much Beyoncé was allegedly paid, Rogan said the following, including some sarcasm:

"She had $10 million. But, hold on, she talked for, like, three minutes. That's good. I mean, that's enough. It's plenty, it's perfect. It's a good deal, the taxpayers' money!"

Ultimately, the litany of high-profile celebrities that endorsed Harris proved futile, as she still lost the election to her political rival, Donald Trump, who ran as the Republican candidate. Rogan was among several in the combat sports community who were elated with Trump's victory.

Trump previously appeared on JRE episode #2219, which has since gone on to become the series' second-most viewed installment. While Rogan claims Trump never paid him for an endorsement, the opposite has been reported about Harris with a clip on X, taken from TikTok, corroborating Rogan's claims.

Joe Rogan almost hosted Kamala Harris on his podcast

In the thick of her presidential campaign, reports emerged about Kamala Harris' intention to appear on Joe Rogan's podcast. Unfortunately, neither side could agree on terms, with Harris allegedly having wanted a much shorter runtime of one hour compared to the usual three on JRE, which Rogan revealed in a post on X.

He wrote:

"Also, for the record the Harris campaign has not passed on doing the podcast. They offered a date for Tuesday, but I would have had to travel to her and they only wanted to do an hour."

Ultimately, she never appeared on the podcast with the UFC commentator, with many believing it would have been disastrous for her had she not reportedly walked back on her plans.
