Two-weight MMA world champion Anatoly Malykhin believes the headlining act of ONE 170 will feel like two clones fighting one another.
This Friday, Tawanchai PK Saenchai will once again put his featherweight Muay Thai world title on the line against fellow Thai megastar Superbon inside the sold-out Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand.
Fight fans are no strangers to the greatness that Tawanchai and Superbon exude since they're equally considered two of the most technically mesmerizing strikers at 155 pounds.

Even Malykhin is in awe of how these two magnificent warriors operate at the highest levels of 'The Art of Eight Limbs'. 'Sladkiy' expressed his excitement for this rematch for the ages in an exclusive interview with ONE:
“All Thai fighters are somewhat similar. They work very well with their legs – excellent low kicks, and good strikes at the upper part of the body and head. Their styles are similar, good leg strikes."
Tawanchai and Superbon dazzled the global audience back at ONE Friday Fights 46 in 2023 for five rounds of pure Muay Thai majesty.
Once time elapsed, the 25-year-old champion retained his 26 pounds of gold by the slimmest of margins.
Superbon, who was recently elevated to undisputed ONE featherweight kickboxing world champion, certainly has redemption in his sights and will do everything in his power for two-sport glory.
Superbon says beating a fighter as great as Tawanchai motivates him more
Superbon is all about fights that will build up his legacy. The 34-year-old veteran already notched massive wins over some of the biggest names in striking, with the likes of Giorgio Petrosyan, Marat Grigorian, and most recently, Jo Nattawut, just to name a few.
The Superbon Training Camp leader, however, is itching to add the phenomenal Tawanchai to his list of victims and further cement his status as an all-time great.
The reigning featherweight kickboxing king said in a ONE interview:
"It drives me, and pushes me to the goal even more. I feel like Muay Thai fighters should be Thais, and the top fighters are Thais," he shared.
"And when your opponent is a Thai, it’s a tough job to do, to defeat, to get through," he added.
ONE 170 will air live in Asian Primetime on Jan. 24 via watch.onefc.com.
