Every time Joe Rogan and Theo Von get together, the hilarity of the Joe Rogan Experience goes through the roof. With the combination of Von's out-of-left-field chaos and Rogan's observational quips, every minute of them talking can always detonate into laughter.
A perfect example is when the two talked about how media giants like CNN aren't the emblems of truth that they fashion themselves to be anymore. Rogan pointed out that these "media darlings" in major news networks that push certain agendas to the public have a specific mindset - a "bullsh*tter's mindset".
Rogan then compared mainstream networks to comics and podcasters like Dave Smith, who were never under the censorship of any network. Smith famously verbally destroyed TV journalist Chris Cuomo in a three-hour debate on the COVID-19 pandemic.

This prompted Von to question Rogan:
"Do you still believe that we can still get real news information, Joe?"
Rogan replied:
"Not from me! [laughs]"
For those who didn't get the joke, Rogan referred to the lynching he suffered from the media during the pandemic. It was when he made some contentious comments regarding COVID-19 vaccines and treatments. He was later defended by medical figurehead Sanjay Gupta and later, Dave Smith during his three-hour debate with Chris Cuomo. Rogan himself clarified his statements in an episode of JRE back in 2021.

Joe Rogan clarifies "fake news" regarding Jon Jones' demands to fight Tom Aspinall
Speaking of misinformation and fake news, Joe Rogan recently clarified a rumor that's been circulating in the MMA world. At the moment, the most sought-after fight in MMA is the one between Jon Jones and Tom Aspinall for the unified UFC heavyweight title.
UFC CEO Dana White himself said that it will surely be "the biggest fight" in UFC's history. Although Jones holds the undisputed belt and Aspinall holds the interim title, the fight negotiations have been quiet with a few little tidbits of information here and there.
Rogan said (1:47:20):
"I heard a rumor that Jon Jones wanted $30 million to fight Tom Aspinall. And I did hear that rumor. And I did hear the UFC said yes but it's not true. [UFC President] Dana [White] contacted me and said, 'That rumor is bullsh*t'. So i felt obligated to tell everybody - that was a fake rumor."
