ONE bantamweight Muay Thai standout Kulabdam Sor Jor Piek Uthai chooses to look back on 2024 as a year that will slingshot him to even greater things in his storied career.
The 26-year-old recently spoke with the world's largest martial arts promotion, where he reflected on the year that was, while also sharing his goals for 2025. Kulabdam shared:
"2024 is still a great year for me. There were both disappointing and hopeful moments, but there are more hopeful times. So I set a goal for 2025 that every fight from now on, I will do my best and not lose."

Kulabdam kickstarted his 2024 campaign with a stunning first-round TKO of Julio Lobo at ONE Friday Fights 52 in February. However, he dropped back-to-back outings against former bantamweight Muay Thai king Nong-O Hama and Nabil Anane in April and July, respectively.
Despite the setback, the two-time Lumpinee Stadium Muay Thai World Champion ended the year with a statement finish of Suablack Tor Pran49 in September.
He is eyeing his second straight win by ending John Lineker's two-fight winning streak in 'The Art of Eight Limbs' at ONE Fight Night 27 on Friday, Jan. 10. The legendary Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, will host the event.
Kulabdam excited about John Lineker matchup
Kulabdam earned his 'Left Meteorite' moniker thanks to the knockout power he possesses in his left hand. However, John Lineker has the same reputation, owing to his six knockouts in eight victories under the ONE banner.
In an interview with the Bangkok Post, the Thai star shared his thoughts on their upcoming battle, saying:
"I'm doing good. I'm excited for this fight. John was an MMA world champion, and I'm very honored to share the ring with him."
