UFC fighters Renato Moicano and Gilbert Burns, among many notable personalities, recently reacted to Elon Musk's controversial "salute" during the inauguration ceremony of Donald Trump earlier this week. Midway into his entertainingly amped-up speech, the SpaceX and Tesla CEO made a gesture with his right hand that eeriely resembled the "Seig Heil' salute of the Nazi Party.
Here's a video of his salute:
In a recent episode of his podcast, Show Me The Money on YouTube, 'Money Moicano' what he thought about the rather peculiar and polarizing salute by Musk. Renato Moicano said:

"You really want to know? I have no idea... He did this [mimics Musk's salute]. But I don't know...They say he's a f*cking Nazi, bro [laughs]. Do you believe that?"
Moicano's podcast guest, UFC welterweight Gilbert Burns, wasn't buying the "Nazi" angle, saying:
"I don't think so. But he's just a weirdo that did something like, he don't know how to act with his hands [laughs]".
The co-host, Matthew Tanner, said the tech mogul was simply doing a hand gesture to echo his line, "my heart goes out to you", during his speech.
Moicano rebutted with:
"My heart goes out [makes salute]. Doesn't make any sense [laughs]. Let's be honest. That's crazy. That's f*cking crazy."

Renato Moicano reveals his staggering paycheck after UFC 311
Since it's the 'Money Moicano' show, it wouldn't be complete without the UFC lightweight talking about how much cash he made at UFC 311 last weekend.
After the last-minute pull-out of Arman Tsarukyan in the main event due to injury, Renato Moicano bravely stepped in on a day's notice to fight Islam Makhachev for the UFC lightweight title.
Despite the near-universal respect and admiration he earned for having the guts to face the champion on extremely short notice, Moicano wasn't able to deliver on his promise to snatch the throne as Makhachev swiftly submitted him with a D'Arce choke in the first round.
However, what absolutely delivered was his paycheck. When Tanner speculated that Moicano made at least the equivalent of nine Bitcoin ($104,183 per), the lightweight fan favorite impishly said (13:57):
"No, over [laughs]"
With the realization that Moicano may have made nearly a million dollars at UFC 311, Gilbert Burns jokingly said:
"IRS is coming for you, bro [laughs]."
Fortune favors the bold indeed. In this case, it's quite literal. UFC president Dana White is famous for incentivizing his fighters who go above and beyond their call of duty. For saving the night's main event, we're not surprised that 'Money Moicano' may have gotten the biggest paycheck of his life.
