Anatoly Malykhin has always been a competitor who says exactly what is on his mind when it comes to his opponents.

The undefeated Russian is a fun character outside of competition and is always joking around during fight week. However, once the cage door closes, the three weight world champion is a stone-faced wrecking machine and that isn't going to change anytime soon.

Ahead of his next fight at ONE 169, Malykhin has continued to poke fun at his opponent before they collide on Nov. 8 at Lumpinee Stadium.

Oumar 'Reug Reug' Kane is an intimidating physical presence but the champion isn't concerned in the slightest with the skills that he brings to the table.

In a fight week interview with Nick Atkin, Malykhin once again criticized his first challenger by talking about his lack of actual MMA training, referring to him as a "fitness fighter":

"This guy is just a fitness fighter. He trains at the gym. He does aerobics with women at the gym. How is he planning to defeat the heavyweight champion?"

Anatoly Malykhin is always incredibly confident

The confidence of Anatoly Malykhin is always one of his biggest strengths going into each fight during his time in ONE Championship.

Fans have watched him ascend to the very top of the heavyweight division, conquering light heavyweight and middleweight in the process.

Of course, being overly confident could come back to bite him, but while Malykhin firmly believes that he is the better mixed martial artist in this matchup, he's still ensuring that the best version of the world champion arrives at Lumpinee Stadium on Nov. 8.

He may be critical of Kane but that doesn't mean he will overlook him once the two giants stand across from one another in the main event of the evening.
