Combat sports history may have been written as Bare Knuckle FC (BKFC) partners with prominent boxing promotion DAZN for a multi-year broadcast deal. Founded in 2018, BKFC had a steady rise to mainstream relevancy, bringing back the age-old and presumed dead combat sport of bare knuckle boxing.
Partnering with one of the most successful boxing promotions and broadcasters in the world today will surely bring Bare Knuckle FC to heights it's never been. As of 2023, DAZN has 20 million subscribers around the world.
BKFC posted the news on X, with the caption:
"Exciting news! BKFC is teaming up with DAZN for a Multi-Year broadcast partnership, bringing the action to fans like never before. Get ready for a thrilling new era of Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship! 👊📺"

Bare Knuckle FC president David Feldman promises an "unparalleled experience to combat sports" in new deal with DAZN
The historic deal will kick off with the upcoming Bare Knuckle FC fight card in Marbella, Spain in October, according to a press release issued by the promotion. BKFC president David Feldman is quite excited of this new broadcast deal, promising to deliver the entertaining violence the promotion has been known to produce.
In the press release, Feldman said (via MMA Junkie):
“Our partnership with DAZN represents a major inflection point in BKFC’s global expansion. This three-year deal allows us to bring the adrenaline-pumping action of BKFC to an even larger, worldwide audience. DAZN shares our vision of elevating the sport of bare-knuckle fighting, and together, we will deliver an unparalleled experience to combat sports fans across the globe.”
Perceived as a highly niche sport by some detractors when it came out six years ago, BKFC truly has come a long way into solidifying its legitimacy in the world of combat sports today. With this new broadcast deal with DAZN, we're sure bare knuckle boxing legends like John L. Sullivan and Robert Fitzsimmons would be proud.
