Reigning ONE women's atomweight MMA world champion Stamp Fairtex can't wait to return to action and pick up where she left off her incredible career.
Every day getting closer and closer to making a full recovery from a debilitating meniscus tear she suffered in mid-2024, Stamp is already set up to unify the atomweight gold against her close friend and former training partner, newly crowned interim queen Denice Zamboanga.
Speaking to veteran ONE Championship broadcast analyst Mitch 'The Dragon' Chilson in the Circle, Stamp says she has no qualms about facing off against the Filipina and must remain professional.

"It’s easy, I have to do what I have to do. It’s only one ticket, only one belt. I know everybody wants to steal my belt. I want to protect my belt. This is my life, and I want to take it to my home. Friends mean friends, but I’m an athlete. I’m a professional. So, just do it."
Stamp says she is about 60 percent recovered and will return to full-contact training very soon, although she expects to do a kickboxing fight before returning to MMA.
