Days before his first opportunity at 26 pounds of ONE gold, Rasulov told the world's largest martial arts promotion:
"ONE is a very good worldwide organization, well-known by everybody. Becoming a champion in this organization is very, very prestigious. I will become recognizable, if I become the champion."

After going undefeated in 13 bouts on the regional scene, the Hyperion Fighters representative lived up to the hype when he dismantled former 170-pound MMA world champion Ok Rae Yoon in his promotional debut this past July.
The victory would have given the 32-year-old the ONE interim lightweight MMA world championship, but he was ineligible to claim the gold because he failed the pre-fight hydration test.
Regardless, defeating the Team Mad product still secured Rasulov's shot at Lee's undisputed lightweight MMA crown at ONE Fight Night 26 inside the legendary Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

ONE Fight Night 26 will air live and free to all Prime Video subscribers in the United States and Canada.
