Former two-division world champion Aung La N Sang believes it's vital to introduce children to the world of martial arts.

The MMA legend has made it his life's mission to give his kids one of the greatest gifts a father can give them. After enrolling all three of his children in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Aung La described the positive results that have come from practicing martial arts since their infancy and what it has done for them personally, psychologically, and physically.

Speaking to ONE Championship this week, Aung La said:

"There's a lesson in itself. Doing the martial arts makes them better human beings. They understand about hard work. They understand about dedication. They understand about persevering through failures, and those are very important lessons in life."

Aung La N Sang also understands that the best way to cement these values into their lives is to lead by example. Aung La's resume continues to stand the test of time because he's in the gym training every single day.

And he won't stop the fight, even at the age of 39, to reclaim the middleweight belt that he lost back in 2022. 'The Burmese Python' returns to the United States on September 6 to face unbeaten middleweight Shamil Erdogan at ONE 168: Denver.

Tickets for ONE 168: Denver are available via Ticketmaster.

"The champ still has the fire" - MMA fans are mesmerized by Aung La N Sang's ability to pick up where he left off to do what he loves

Aung La N Sang might be one of the oldest MMA fighters on the ONE roster, but he's a dangerous force to be reckoned with.

The iconic superstar is ready to pick up where he left off with his first middleweight bout this year against a fellow MMA killer. Last year, 'The Burmese Python' surpassed all expectations after obliterating all three opponents by way of stoppages.

Today, he continues to prove that age is just a number with a powerful Instagram reel demonstrating his latest training camp.

One fan commented:

"It's amazing the champ still has the fire. Let's go, Champ!!!"
