There's been an update regarding sexual assault allegations against Alex Pereira. It includes video deletions and an alleged screenshot showing a private Instagram exchange between the UFC light heavyweight champion's accuser, Meredith Brown, and someone else. In the screenshot, Brown seemingly pats herself on the back for the fame she has garnered over the past few days.
The relatively short DM begins with someone accusing Brown of fabricating the sexual assault allegations made against Pereira, before warning her that they hope the revenue earned from her OnlyF*ns career will be enough to hire defense lawyers.
Brown, who the leaked DM shows didn't deny fabricating the allegations, appeared to respond by stating that the exposure to her OnlyF*ns page in the wake of the scandal has drawn so much attention that it will pay for any defense lawyers she might need.

According to eagle-eyed fans on Reddit, Brown deleted the first video she shared on TikTok about the accusation. Furthermore, she has deleted videos of herself at UFC 299, during which she allegedly tried to draw Sean O'Malley's attention.
The deletion of said videos comes in response to her claim of having never attended a UFC event before UFC 302. She also briefly deactivated her Instagram account in the wake of the scandal, as Pereira fans continued their crusade against her. She has since reactivated it.
Pereira, for his part, has not yet publicly addressed the allegations. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time that Pereira has been involved in a scandal involving a woman, as he and his ex-girlfriend Merle Christine made several accusations against each other in the wake of their separation.
Alex Pereira isn't the only UFC two-division champion to be accused of sexual assault
While Alex Pereira is the latest two-division UFC champion to be accused of sexual assault, he is neither the first nor second. Conor McGregor, who captured UFC gold at featherweight and lightweight, has been accused of sexual assault multiple times by different women. However, 'The Notorious' has never been charged.
Jon Jones, who once held the light heavyweight title and is the current heavyweight champion, was accused by a waitress at a strip club of kissing her on the neck, touching her, slapping her, and choking her, all without her consent after she had asked him to stop.
Charges were filed against Jones, and he pled no-contest at the bench trial, where he was handed a 90-day deferred sentence barring him from committing any crimes, consuming any drugs or alcohol, and returning to said strip club.
