ONE submission grappler Tommy Langaker continues to do his due diligence for his upcoming match with some final preparations in the U.S.
The Norwegian black belt is en route to challenge Californian superstar Kade Ruotolo in an epic submission grappling matchup for the ONE lightweight submission grappling world title.
The blockbuster co-main event is set to take place on Friday, June 9 at the historic Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, which will air live and for free in U.S. primetime.
Langaker, one of the most prolific BJJ grapplers in the world, returns to the global stage with a high level of competitiveness after having crossed paths with Ruotolo last year.

As the story goes, they both had a bit of a confrontation at an afterparty after Kade picked up gold at the ADCC World Championships, which has only added more fire to their upcoming matchup.
To determine the superior grappler, Langaker is therefore working overtime to defeat Kade Ruotolo on the world stage. To accomplish that, he’s locking arms with multiple coaches and gyms in the U.S. to solidify his position among the best.
On Instagram, he shared a picture of his European team before writing the caption:
“Me and @modigmartialarts had our last session with our team today before we are heading towards America and continuing our prepp for our bouts, we will be spending 10 days at @bteamjj and then head over to California for 10 days staying at @vgjjclub
The first part of my camp have been amazing and i feel great and in good spirit, can’t wait for the next 20 days as they are the final part of this Camp.
Big shoutout to all in my team who always shows up and help us prepare for new heights!”
