Amir Albazi has reacted to Islam Makhachev telling Kamaru Usman and Henry Cejudo that he doesn't approve of their podcast name.
Earlier this week, a preview of Demetrious Johnson interviewing UFC lightweight champion and top pound-for-pound fighter Islam Makhachev was released. In the short video, Makhachev jokingly had this to say about Usman and Cejudo needing to change their podcast name from 'Pound 4 Pound':
"Henry Cejudo and Kamaru Usman, they call their podcast 'Pound 4 Pound.' We not agree with this. You don't have guys' permission. You have to close or call us, we give you permission. Maybe we forgive them if they put our podcast on their channel. We have same manager, call Ali [Abdelaziz]. We have to discuss about this."
The footage was reposted by Full Violence leading to many reactions from fans and fighters. No. 3-ranked UFC flyweight Amir Albazi reacted:

Islam Makhachev looks to extend lightweight title reign at UFC 311
In October 2022, Islam Makhachev submitted Charles Oliveira by second-round arm triangle to secure the vacant UFC lightweight world title. Makhachev has since defended his throne against Alexander Volkanovski twice and Dustin Poirier.
On Jan. 18, Makhachev will return to the Octagon and headline the promotion's first pay-per-view of 2025, UFC 311.
Makhachev's latest challenge is against the top-ranked Arman Tsarukyan. The world-class fighters have fought before in the UFC, with Makhachev securing a unanimous decision against Tsarukyan in April 2019.
Following that loss, Tsarukyan has won nine of his last 10 fights, including an ongoing four-fight winning streak. Tsarukyan only fought once in 2024, defeating Oliveira by split decision at UFC 300.
Heading into UFC 311, Makhachev looks to maintain his spot as the lightweight king and number one pound-for-pound fighter. On the contrary, Tsarukyan plans to start building his legacy with an upset win inside the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, California.
