Tyson Fury has found a supporter in football superstar Neymar Jr., who has wished him luck in tomorrow's legacy-defining clash with boxing's unified heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk. The bout marks the most challenging fight of Fury's career, at least on paper.
Naturally, as the matchup pits two undefeated heavyweight champions against each other, it has drawn the interest of the world beyond boxing, including football. Neymar Jr. filmed a short clip of him wishing 'The Gypsy King' good fortune in his upcoming bout, which was shared on X by boxing reporter Michael Benson.
"Hello Tyson Fury. I hope you have [a] great day fight[ing]. Do your job, man. Good luck."

Despite the massive importance the fight carries and what it would do for Fury's legacy should he win, 'The Gypsy King' has scoffed at any talk of how he will be remembered. He is not interested in strengthening his legacy as much as he is in deepening his pockets.
Regardless, the winner of the Fury-Usyk bout is expected to face another heavyweight boxing star in Anthony Joshua down the line. While the latter has already faced Usyk twice, losing to him both times, a matchup between Fury and Joshua would be fresh, and something that's been teased for some time.
However, to do so, 'The Gypsy King' will have to overcome what is likely his most difficult opponent to date, especially given that the boxers who have given him the most problems in the ring have been former cruiserweights, of which Usyk is one.
Tyson Fury is on good terms with other football stars
Ahead of Tyson Fury's now iconic boxing match with former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou, 'The Gypsy King' did his best to promote the bout. He even snapped pictures alongside legendary footballer Cristiano Ronaldo, who was present in large part due to playing for Saudi-based club Al Nassr.
Unfortunately, Fury's performance left a lot to be desired. He was on the receiving end of a knockdown, and struggled to impose himself in the clinch against Ngannou's superior grappling and physical strength. While he ultimately won a split-decision, many felt it was undeserved, labeling the result a robbery.
