MMA legend Nate Diaz recently posted a photo of him and one of his favorite rappers, Grammy Award-winning artist Ludacris. It was quite the meeting of legends as both DIaz and Ludacris are of the same level of iconic status in their respective cratts. Not to mention Diaz's scrappy, no-nonsense fighting style echoes Luda's smash-mouth style of rap.

Here's the photo with the caption:

"Ran into one of my favorite rappers the other day."

Nate Diaz recently attended ADCC and CJI, and hung around with best grapplers in the world

More on Nate Diaz activities in the past few days. The former UFC lightweight world title challenger attended the biggest weekend in modern grappling this year, ADCC and CJI (Craig Jones Invitational) weekend. ADCC, considered the "Olympics of Submission Grappling", took place in the same weekend as CJI, a newly-founded tournament spearheaded by BJJ icon Craig Jones.

Here are some of the photos Nate Diaz took from that weekend:

ADCC saw the pound-for-pound legend Gordon Ryan soundly defeat Felipe Pena and Yuri Simoes in two separate superfights. Diogo Reis, JT Torres, Giancarlo Bodoni, Kaynan Duarte, Felipe Pena, Amy Campo, and Nathiely de Jesus won gold in their respective divisions.

In CJI, Nicky Rodriguez and Kade Ruotolo won the -80kg and +80kg weight classes, respectively, and bagged $1 million each. The night also saw the first-ever intergender Jiu-jitsu match, pitting Craig Jones versus Gabi Garcia. Jones won via rear-naked choke.
