Jon Jones is also rumored to be making his comeback on the UFC 282 card. He will look to fight Stipe Miocic for the interim heavyweight title. Another fighter making a comeback to the octagon is Daren Till. His last fight came in September of last year where he lost to Derek Brunson via rear naked choke.
Will Jon Jones return to fight Stipe Miocic at UFC 282?
Jon Jones has been bulking up for the past 2 years to transition to the heavyweight division. The former light heavyweight champion is widely regarded as the greatest MMA fighter of all time, and is looking to prove his mettle in the heaviest division in the UFC. He initially wanted to fight current champion Francis Ngannou for his heavyweight title. However, Ngannou is currently recovering from knee surgery.
'Bones' has been ready to fight for a while now, but has not been able to secure an opponent for his heavyweight debut. He is currently rumored to fight Stipe Miocic in the last PPV event of the year at UFC 282. However, the former heavyweight champion has yet to sign a contract, which puts doubts over the fight. Jones is ready to fight and MMA fans are awaiting Miocic's decision.
Fight fans and analysts believe that Jones will not return to the ring on December 10 after the UFC announced Jiri Prochazka vs. Glover Teixeira as the main event.
