Jairzinho Rozenstruik is back in a big way after he made easy work of Chris Daukaus on the preliminary card of UFC 282.

'Bigi Boy' only needed 23 seconds to get the job done. The Surinamese connected with a left jab early on, rocking Daukaus. Smelling blood, Rozenstruik followed up with a knee to the face and dropped his opponent.

The American heavyweight tried to get his wits together, but Rozenstruik was relentless with his offense. The South American fighter unleashed a barrage of punches and caught Daukaus with a devastating left hook.

Daukas hit the canvas once again and referee Mark Smith finally called for the stoppage.

Heading into the bout, Rozenstruik said he would be looking for a fast start. He admitted that his biggest flaw is that he's turned into a slow starter and was looking to change that. Needless to say, he executed his game plan to perfection. In his post-fight interview with Joe Rogan, 'Bigi Boy' credited his coach for his success:

"I mean, we changed a lot of things in training and this is the result. As coach Conan [Silveira] told me, 'Don't forget who you are, this is who you are. So I took that with me tonight."

With the win, Rozenstruik snapped a two-fight losing skid. Before UFC 282, he suffered back-to-back losses to Curtis Blaydes and Alexander Volkov. His professional record improved to 13-4, while Daukaus fell to 12-6.

Jairzinho Rozenstruik impressed fans, fighters, and media members with his stoppage win over Chris Daukaus at UFC 282.

'Bigi Boy' garnered praise on social media after his much-needed bounce-back win.

Former UFC heavyweight Brendan Schaub jested that Rozenstruik finished the fight faster than Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson could down a glass of whiskey.

Rozenstruik's manager, Malki Kawa of First Round Management, extended his congratulatory message to his client.

Meanwhile, media members Ariel Helwani, Aaron Brosnteter, Amy Kaplan, Simon Head, and John Hyon Ko also expressed how impressed they were with Rozenstruik.
