The UFC is preparing for its upcoming event, UFC 285, and fans are eagerly awaiting the latest details. According to the promotion's website, the press conference for the event will be held at the KA Theater in Las Vegas, Nevada, and will likely include all the fighters on the main card. Fans will have the opportunity to interact with the fighters, as the event is open to the public.

Jon Jones' return to the octagon is a highly anticipated aspect of UFC 285. Jones, a former light heavyweight champion, has been absent from the sport since his controversial bout with Dominick Reyes. He is set to make his much-awaited heavyweight debut against Ciryl Gane, the former UFC interim heavyweight champion known for his dynamic striking ability.

In addition to Jones' return, the co-event of the UFC 285 PPV will also feature a thrilling championship title fight between the current UFC flyweight champion, Valentina Shevchenko, and the highly-ranked flyweight contender, Alexa Grasso.

Fans are also eagerly anticipating the debut of Bo Nickal, a former freestyle and graduate folkstyle wrestler, who showcased his abilities in Dana White's Contender Series and secured his place in the UFC. Nickal is scheduled to face Jamie Pickett at the UFC 285 event, and his performance in the octagon is highly anticipated.

Jon Jones discusses UFC 285 championship fight against Ciryl Gane

As the highly anticipated UFC 285 event draws near, Jon Jones has revealed his determination to face one of the best-moving heavyweights in the sport, despite the lack of a warm-up fight. In a recent interview, the MMA fighter expressed his readiness to dive straight into the deep end and test himself against top talent.

'Bones' said:

"Im going for it, I'm going for it, uh, you know, a lot of people would have wanted to take a warm-up fight, I'm going right at one of the best talents the UFC has ever seen, one of the best heavyweights, one of the best-moving heavyweights the UFC has ever seen."

However, Jones is not just focused on this upcoming bout. The former light-heavyweight champ has eyed a match against former UFC champion Stipe Miocic should he win the championship belt against Gane:

"You know, Stipe Miocic would be a great challenge, you know... people consider him the greatest heavyweight of all time. And the opportunity to compete against such a man, I'd be honored. The opportunity to beat such a guy would be truly something special and that's what I want to do, I want to solidify my legacy. "
