Every fight of UFC 305 was made official at the event weigh-ins, even if one had to be changed to a catchweight due to a weight miss. However, the lone weight miss of the card will not affect the main event title fight with both Dricus du Plessis and Israel Adesanya coming in on point.
Adesanya was the first fighter to weigh in and came in under the middleweight title limit at 184 pounds, something he had done before. Du Plessis was right behind him as the second fighter to hit the scales, recording a 185-pound weigh-in to make their matchup official.
All 10 fighters on the main card hit their contracted weight limit, including flyweights Steve Erceg and Kai Kara-France to confirm the co-main event. Tai Tuivasa tipped the scales at 265 pounds, the heavyweight limit, to record the highest number of any fighter on the card.

Jesus Aguilar was the lone fighter to miss weight with a 127.5-pound result, a pound and a half over the flyweight non-title limit. His opponent, the debuting Stewart Nicoll, accepted the matchup with a portion of Aguilar's purse to keep themselves on the card as the first fight of the night.
