UFC 310 purses and payouts

Two former undisputed UFC champions return at UFC 310. Ex-bantamweight titleholder Aljamain Sterling fights Movsar Evloev at featherweight in the prelims. Ex-middleweight kingpin Weidman faces Eryk Anders in a 195-pound catchweight bout in the early prelims. Former champions as such usually bag higher payouts than most other fighters.

Sterling notably bagged a major payday as UFC bantamweight champion, in his second-round TKO defeat against 'Sugar' Sean O'Malley at UFC 292 (Aug. 2023). Per MMA Fighting, according to numbers procured from the Massachusetts Office of Public Safety and Inspections, which has the state's athletic commission under its purview, Sterling bagged a $500k payout at UFC 292.

Meanwhile, Weidman was beaten by Brad Tavares via unanimous decision at UFC 292, but the ex-middleweight kingpin reportedly bagged a payout of $426k despite the defeat.
