Welterweight contenders Shavkat Rakhmonov and Ian Machado Garry faced off at UFC 310. The five-round clash served as the co-main event of the card, which took place on Dec. 7 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Both Rakhmonov and Garry walked into the fight undefeated with impressive records of 18-0 and 15-0 respectively.
The two welterweights tried hard to take each other down in the first round but remained unsuccessful.

Rakhmonov managed to land a heavy blow toward the end of the opening round.
'Nomad' pressed Garry against the cage in an attempt to take him down but the Irishman managed to stay on the feet.
One unusual instance occurred in-between rounds, when Garry changed his shorts as his previous one got torn during the fight.
Rakhmonov finally scored a takedown in the fourth round of the contest.
The fight lasted all five rounds and ended with a unanimous decision victory for Rakhmonov. All three judges scored the contest 48-47 in favor of 'Nomad'.
