It seems the hotly debated topic of Imane Khelif's gender is still in full swing as a recently leaked medical report surfaces. The leaked report, which was allegedly drafted in June 2023, appears to confirm the Olympic gold medalist in women's boxing as a biological male.
The report, which was accessed by French journalist Djaffar Ait Aoudia, was drafted by experts at the Kremlin-Bicetre hospital in Paris and Algier's Mohamed Lamine Debaghine hospital. It allegedly said that Khelif has "5-alpha reductase deficiency", a sexual development condition found in biological males. Furthermore, the Algerian boxer reportedly has no uterus, possesses internal testicles, and has a microp*nis identified by an MRI scan.
This is a major hit for Khelif's future boxing aspirations, as she and her team provided evidence that she was born and raised a biological woman.

"🚨 A leaked French medical report from 2023 has confirmed that Algerian boxer Imane Khelif is male. Top endocrinologists found that Khelif has XY chromosomes, no uterus, internal testicles, and a 'microp*nis'."
Former UFC welterweight and one of MMA's most outspoken political voices today, Jake Shields, reposted the report with the caption:
"It crazy how many people believed that this was a female"
Donald Trump refers to Imane Khelif as "he", vows to protect women's sports from "transgenders"
Amongst the many detractors, Imane Khelif has, perhaps the most influential today is Republican U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump. Despite Khelif's team and family firm saying that she was born a woman and merely suffers from a genetic disorder called DSD (Differences in Sex Development), people like Trump insist otherwise.
During his campaign trail for the US presidential race, Trump appeared in Mark Calaway's (aka The Undertaker's) podcast. Near the end of the hour-long interview, the former US president discussed his problem with female transgender athletes competing in female sports:
"I think it's very demeaning to women. She [Calaway's daughter] wants to play sports and she wants to play against women. You don't necessarily want to play against men. It's okay but you don't want to do it."
Trump went on to recount Khelif's controversial win over Italy's Angela Carini, whom the presidential candidate referred to as a "beautiful Italian girl". Carini protested and walked out of the match, effectively forfeiting it. She later apologized for her actions.
Trump said:
"I never saw something quite like that. She [Carini] doesn't go down, she walked back to her corner and said, 'I just got hit harder than I've ever been hit before'. Her corner pushes her back out, 'You can do it, you can do it'. He [Khelif] goes with another left jab and she walks off, 'There's no way I can win'."
