Jon Anik has announced he will travel to London, England, to commentate UFC 286.
On March 18, the UFC returns to the O2 Arena for a highly-anticipated fight card. In the main event, Kamaru Usman looks to avenge his shocking loss against Leon Edwards for the welterweight championship. Although the commentary team has not been officially revealed, Anik had this to say on Twitter:
“Fight week. Haven't called a fight in England since October of 2013 nearly 10 years ago! Needless to say, wicked excited to get the chance to do that this weekend. We'll also have two episodes of @AnikFlorianPod out this week. See you all soon! #UFC286 #PPV"
It’ll be intriguing to see who joins Anik on the commentary team for March 18. Daniel Cormier revealed he will be there, forcing him to miss the NCAA Division 1 Wrestling National Championships. Joe Rogan usually doesn’t travel internationally, but he’s might want to make the trip for Edwards vs. Usman 3. Meanwhile, Michael Bisping tends to commentate events in England.
