UFC 286 is set to take place in London, England, on March 18, 2023. American fans will need to prepare for an earlier card as the main card kicks off around 10:00 PM British Standard Time.
The main card is stacked from top to bottom, with a number of different bouts that could steal the show.
A number of different bouts hold immense implications in their respective divisions. The main event will see Edwards defending his welterweight crown or Usman reclaiming it. Either way, it is likely that this rubber match will close the series between them. Justin Gaethje takes on Rafael Fiziev in the co-main event, which is sure to influence the lightweight division's title picture.

Casey O'Neill has a chance to cement herself as the next big thing in women's MMA with a win over Jennifer Maia. The opening bout of the main card will see middleweight staple and contender Marvin Vettori welcome the exciting and unpredictable Roman Dolidze into an exciting scrap.
Apart from the main card, the prelims and early prelims also feature some impressive fighters and exciting bouts. The surging Mohammed Mokaev will take on Jafel Filho in the prelims. An all-European bout featuring Welshman Jack Shore and 'Mr. Finland' Makwan Amirkhani will round off the preliminary card.
In the early prelims, Lerone Murphy will take on Gabriel Santos in an explosive bout. With a number of fights that offer great promise, the card, like most London cards in the past, appears to be one for the history books.

Colby Covington adds a surprise twist to UFC 286
In a shocking turn of events, Colby Covington weighed in as the backup fighter for the UFC 286 main event in case either Usman or Edwards are unable to compete.
The enigmatic Covington has not been seen in the octagon since March 2022, when he beat teammate-turned-rival Jorge Masvidal via unanimous decision. Despite dropping two fights, albeit close ones, to Usman, Covington weighing in as the backup indicates that he is not ready to give up on his title dreams.
