UFC lightweight contender Beneil Dariush recently outlined a roadmap "to make America great again." The recipient of the 2024 Forrest Griffin Community Award touched upon a range of issues including education funding and government spending.
It seems like Dariush, who usually exudes a subdued demeanor, has had it with the underlying challenges within the nation. The 35-year-old launched a blunt tweet contending that government loans inflate tuition costs in colleges. He also suggested that universities are more focused on indoctrination than on genuine education.
Dariush highlighted the sequential strategy for the common American vision while also engaging with followers on X. He wrote:
"How to make America great again. Stop funding all universities. End government loans for colleges/universities. Bring soldiers home from around the world and place them at the border. Stop giving financial aid to other countries. Make China accountable for every dollar spent to battle Covid-19. Defund CIA, FBI, and every other 3 letter federal agency. If @realDonaldTrump is terminated during campaign or presidency then stop paying federal taxes permanently."

Beneil Dariush highlights some of the best moments from the 2024 UFC Hall of Fame ceremony
Beneil Dariush was named the 2024 recipient of the Forrest Griffin Community Award at the Hall of Fame ceremony. The No.7 ranked UFC lightweight contender was honored for his exceptional charity work and the meaningful impact the efforts have on the community.
The American became the fifth recipient of the community awards. The UFC recognized Dariush's efforts through multiple organizations to help those living in Iraq and Haiti. During a recent interview with Submission Radio, Dariush spoke about a particular moment sharing the stage with UFC icons. He said:
"The other cool part was 'Shogun' was there and Wanderlei was there, we’re all from the same gym right? Wanderlei was sitting here, 'Shogun’s here, and Chael was right here in the middle and I’m behind them all and I just thought to myself, bro, 10 years ago if this situation was happening, I don’t think Chael would be getting out of this room alive but look at them now. Hanging out, speaking to each other and just being gentlemen. That was probably the coolest part to see.”
