Cortez has been out of action since her last fight in July against Rose Namajunas in July 2024. There, she suffered her first loss in the UFC, bringing her professional MMA record to 11-2.
Recently, Cortez made an appearance on N3on's live stream, during which a fan used the (TTS) feature to make inappropriate and explicit remarks directed at her. The comments left the UFC flyweight visibly shocked and uncomfortable.
The user @scubaryan_ shared the clip on X, igniting reactions from MMA fans who rushed to the comment section to criticize the YouTuber.

However, the UFC flyweight effortlessly submitted N3on twice via rear-naked choke.
