Jake Paul recently signed with the surging MMA promotion, Professional Fighters League (PFL). 'The Problem Child' agreed to a deal that would see him compete in a newly-made "super division." Part of the deal also means that fighters competing in the "super division" will receive 50% of the pay-per-revenue for any card they feature on.

KSI, a longtime rival of Paul's, will be fighting professional esports player FaZe Temperrr this weekend after his previous opponent, Dillon Danis, backed out at the last minute. The YouTuber's opponent recently commented on Paul's new deal and believes that UFC fighters, in particular, could benefit from his fighter pay campaign.

During a recent interview with MMAFighting.com, he said the following:

"I hope the MMA world grows financially because these fighters, especially UFC fighters, they deserve more, brother. They’re getting robbed What Jake Paul is doing right now, joining PFL and helping these fighters financially, I have huge respect for him because these fighters deserve more. They’re getting robbed."

Fighter pay within the UFC has been a contentious issue for many years, and Jake Paul has been one of Dana White's loudest critics. 'The Problem Child' has taunted the UFC president online and during interviews since his emergence into professional boxing.

Fighters themselves have also voiced their complaints at times, such as UFC middleweight star Paulo Costa, who is currently locked in a dispute over an improved contract with the promotion. Costa was set to face Robert Whittaker at UFC 284 next month but withdrew from the fight recently due to issues with his wages.

Jake Paul slams KSI for overcharging fans to attend weigh-in for upcoming bout

KSI is set to face FaZe Temperrr this weekend following Dillon Danis' decision to pull out of the fight due to allegedly being unprepared and struggling with weight-cut issues.

The weigh-in for the new bout will take place on Saturday, with fans being charged £10 per ticket for entry. Jake Paul hit out at KSI on Twitter in a now-deleted tweet, as events during fight week are often free of charge.

"You really are LSI, charging fans to come to a press conference and weigh-in. Shameful."

KSI and Jake Paul have had beef for years, and 'JJ' most recently opened up about the issues between the pair during an interview on The MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani. KSI stated that he would "smoke" Paul in a boxing match and did not hold back in his assessment of 'The Problem Child.'

With an impressive performance this weekend, KSI could certainly line up a potential fight with Paul in the future.
