UFC legend Georges St-Pierre reveals which dinosaur he would like to be

Georges St-Pierre is not only known for his accomplishments inside the octagon but he is also known for his interest in learning more about dinosaurs.

During his appearance on Paddy Pimblett's Chattin Pony Podcast, St-Pierre was asked what dinosaur he would like to be. He provided an answer and insight to why he's fascinated by dinosaurs.

He said:

"I would probably be dromeosauraus...they're a dinosaur that are made a little bit like the raptors with the retractable claw that they use in a stabbing motion. Some of them could glide and land on their prey, they're very interesting animals. They were probably the pound-for-pound maybe the most predatory animals of all time in land animal."

'Rush' discussed his interest in paeontology, but he couldn't see himself becoming one because of the patience required. He even mentioned that he spent some time with geologists and paentologists during his UFC hiatus, saying:

"When I had some time off after my fight with {Johny} Hendricks, I had four years off. And I took some time off to go in the badland and to go on some site to meet all around the world to meet some geologist - paeontologist - and I found out that I don't have the patience to do that job." St-Pierre was successful after his retirement from the UFC as he transitioned into acting and has been part of the Marvel Universe. He portrayed the role of Georges Batroc (aka Batroc the Leaper) in Captain America: The Winter Soldier and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

Georges St-Pierre gives Paddy Pimblett advice on dealing with a controversial win

Paddy Pimblett is well aware of the criticism following his controversial win against Jared Gordon at UFC 282 and sought advice from Georges St-Pierre.

During his Chattin Pony Podcast, 'The Baddy' asked the UFC Hall of Famer how to deal with a controversial win after not having the best of performances. 'Rush' mentioned that it's not only common, but it has happened to the greatest fighters of all time, saying:

"When I fought {Johny} Hendricks, some people thought Hendricks beat me...Jon Jones, even Khabib {Nurmagomedov} against Gleison Tibau. Every single guy, evevrybody, even the best fighter has a fight that they were not so proud of." [8:57 - 9:25]

The former two-division UFC champion basically told Pimblett not to obsess over bad performances and a controversial win, and to continue making improvements to ensure that he doesn't repeat the same mistakes.
