The tweet from McKinney came just one day after he stood behind another common target on social media by asking fans to leave Michael Chandler "alone." After Conor McGregor withdrew from UFC 303, 'Iron' became a subject of ridicule on social media due to losing out on a major payday in his career.

As the lightweight received criticism for handling the fight fallout, McKinney backed Chandler, whom he called a "good guy."
