UFC president Dana White's recent tweet promoting Power Slap on Rumble was met with a snarky response from Jake Paul.
Paul reacted to the tweet promoting the new season of the slap-fighting league by throwing shade at the UFC president. White posted a video teaser of what fans can expect to see and expressed his excitement for the upcoming week of slap-fighting.
He wrote:
"SLAAAAAAAP WEEEEEEK!!!! #PowerSlap2 is LIVE and FREE WEDNESDAY only on @rumblevideo! @powerslapleague"

'The Problem Child' clearly didn't share the same excitement to watch slap fighting and let it be known what he thinks of the league. He made a snarky comment that took a jibe at the UFC president's past claims regarding Power Slap's social media presence, writing:
"OMG this is so big on social media!! Haha whatever."
It remains to be seen whether the second season of Power Slap will be successful now that White has secured a deal for two seasons on a new platform or if it will have similar viewership as it did during its first season on TBS.
Eddie Hearn backs Jake Paul to defeat Nate Diaz
Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn recently weighed in on the upcoming bout between Jake Paul and Nate Diaz, scheduled for August 5th.
While speaking to Ariel Helwani on the Matchroom Boxing YouTube channel, Hearn shared his thoughts on the matchup between the YouTuber-turned-boxer and the former UFC title challenger, who will be making his professional boxing debut. He mentioned that he believes 'The Problem Child' will have the edge in that bout and will win comfortably:
"If you're asking me, I think Jake Paul beats him [Nate Diaz] comfortably, but you will know more about his boxing ability...I really hope Nate Diaz wins, and I really like Nate Diaz. I'm just saying that so if he sees after this prediction, he doesn't put me to sleep, but I think he gets stopped." [23:17 - 23:51]
The Stockton native has been open that he intends to return to the UFC. With that in-mind, it will be interesting to see whether he will only compete in one boxing bout or pursues another bout before returning to MMA.
