The UFC will return to action following a break over the holidays with UFC Vegas 101, with women's strawweight stars Mackenzie Dern and Amanda Ribas headlining the event at the UFC's APEX facility. While no figures regarding their payouts and purses have been released, an estimate can be made given their previous earnings.
The California State Athletic Commission released the figures for those who fought at UFC 298, and the pay-per-view marked Dern's most recent appearance in the octagon.

She took on Amanda Lemos in a losing effort, but earned Fight of the Fight honors and a reported $200,000 payout. Another fighter set for a UFC Vegas 101 appearance also fought on the UFC 298 card - Roman Kopylov. The Russian middleweight pocketed $80,000 for his appearance.

So, both Dern and Kopylov can expect to earn between $150,000 to $200,000 and $50,000 to $80,000 respectively, with diminished earnings due to the card being a non-PPV. As for Dern's opponent, The Sports Daily reported that Ribas earned $54,000 for her TKO win over Luana Pinhiero.
However, that fight came in late 2023. It's reasonable to estimate a $60,000 purse for her bout with Dern given its nature as a headliner. Meanwhile, middleweight standout Chris Curtis is reported by Total Pro Sports to have earned $145,000 for his unanimous decision loss to Kelvin Gastelum at UFC 287. However, that was a pay-per-view. So it is more likely that he earns a sum closer to $100,000 than $150,000 for his Fight Night clash with Kopylov.
UFC Vegas 101 hosts a rematch in the headliner
UFC Vegas 101 features a rematch several years in the making. Amanda Ribas and Mackenzie Dern had actually locked horns early in their UFC careers. For Ribas, it was her sophomore fight in the promotion, while Dern was undefeated and taking part in her third UFC fight.

However, despite Dern's best efforts, she was handed a convincing loss, with Ribas outstriking and outgrappling her, despite Dern's grappling accolades. In the end, Ribas was awarded the unanimous decision win. However, years later, neither woman has managed to realize their UFC title dreams and are set to meet again.
