UFC Vegas 91 bonuses: Alex Perez and three others take home $50K after UFC Vegas 91

UFC Vegas 91 took place on April 27 at the UFC Apex facility in Enterprise, Nevada. The event featured some prominent names and delivered multiple exciting moments throughout the night.

The card was headlined by a five-round flyweight showdown between Alex Perez and Matheus Nicolau. The California native stole the show and delivered a thrilling knockout in the second round of the fight.

With the victory, Perez returned to the win column for the first time since June 2020 and also broke his three-fight skid in the promotion. The 32-year-old was awarded the Performance of the Night bonus worth $50,000 for his efforts.

The co-main event featured a light heavyweight scrap between Ryan Spann and Bogdan Guskov. The fight ended with a second-round victory for Guskov. The win helped Guskov extend his MMA record to 16-3. All 16 of the Uzbek's victories have been finishes – 14 knockouts and two submissions. The 31-year-old also received a $50,000 bonus for his performance.

Jhonata Diniz made his promotional debut at UFC Vegas 91 against Austen Lane in a heavyweight clash. The fight was an exciting back-and-forth affair that ended with a second-round victory for the Brazilian.

By getting his hand raised, Diniz extended his undefeated record to 7-0. He was also awarded a Performance of the Night bonus of $50,000.

Uros Medic opened up the main card of UFC Vegas 91 and took on UFC veteran Tim Means in a welterweight clash. The bout was a short-lived affair as Medic scored a knockout in the opening round of the fight.

With the victory, 'The Doctor' bounced back from his submission loss to Myktybek Orolbai in November 2023. Medic also received a $50,000 Performance of the Night bonus.
