According to Fox News, the New York City Department of Homeless Services announced two new contracts worth $40 million this week for contractors to serve migrants at hotels that have been converted into emergency shelters.
At the height of the crisis, the city welcomed an average of 4,000 migrants per week. That figure has dropped to more than 700 new migrants processed by the city last week, from August 5 to 11.
Jake Shields suspects one group to be behind the migration crisis in America and Europe
Jake Shields has someone to blame for the migration crisis. Earlier this month, Shields took to X to raise suspicion against one religious group that might be fanning the flames of the migration crisis in America and Europe.
The 45-year-old shared a screenshot of the 'Support Refugees UK' website stating that multiple Jewish groups had been involved in funding the project and welcoming undocumented migrants to Western countries.
Shields questioned why these groups prefer to send migrants to both places but never Israel. The Californian has been a staunch supporter of everything 'America-First', and the alleged collusion between America and Jewish groups have always irked the former Strikeforce champion. He tweeted:
"Why do they never focus on bringing refugees to Israel instead of always focusing on Europe and America?"
