UFC heavyweight champion and consensus MMA GOAT Jon Jones just linked up with famous human biologist and biohacket Gary Brecka. The longevity expert is the co-founder of 10X Health Systems and host of The Ultimate Human Podcast.
Brecka gained significant traction in social media after UFC president Dana White made a glowing endorsement of 10X Health Systems. White claimed that within just five months of working with Brecka, he was able to fix problems he's been having with his health for over a decade.
It looks like white recommendation has extended to Jones, who recently acquired Brecka's services. Taking to Instagram, Brecka posted:
"Had an incredible day yesterday with the legend himself, @jonnybones. We spent the whole day diving into everything—from red light therapy and cold plunges to hydrogen water and recovery techniques."

Jon Jones to defend UFC heavyweight title against Stipe Miocic at UFC 309
Perhaps Jon Jones acquired Gary Brecka's help to prepare him for the monumental task ahead of him this Nov. 16. After a year away from the cage, 'Bones' will make his much-awaited return to action at UFC 309 to defend his UFC heavyweight title he won last year, against Stipe Miocic.
Largely considered to be the greatest of all time in MMA, Jones pretty much ruled the UFC light-heavyweight division for over a decade. Moving up to heavyweight, the 37-year-old champion handily submitted Ciryl Gane for the division's vacant throne at UFC 285 in March last year.
As for Miocic, the former two-time UFC heavyweight champion hasn't seen the inside of the octagon in three years. He has the record for the most consecutive title defenses in the UFC heavyweight division, making him the greatest UFC heavyweight champion of all time to most fans.
The two were supposed to meet at UFC 295 in November last year but the bout had to be postponed due to Jones suffering an injury during fight camp. The two legends will finally get to settle the score at UFC 309 inside the iconic Madison Square Garden.
