Brian Johnson, aka, Liver King and his fake persona came crashing down earlier this month once the internet celebrity accepted that he was on steroids.
However, the 45-year-old social media star thinks that now that he has a clean slate, it’s time to return to his mission of propagating the nine tenets of the Ancestral Lifestyle. Johnson was recently caught on tape by TMZ Sports lifting weights in busy L.A. traffic.

In the video, the fitness enthusiast can be seen deadlifting on a crosswalk. Responding to a reporter's question on why he lied about his steroid use, Johnson said it was the dumbest thing he had ever done in his life:
"Stupid. I dug myself into a hole. I kept digging myself into that hole. Listen, I regret it. Out of all the dumb sh*t I've done in my life, that was the dumbest, but now I've got a clean slate and I'm going to move forward."
Liver King reaffirmed that even without steroids, the nine tenets of the Ancestral Lifestyle would help people to have a better life. Furthermore, he added that even though he was still on steroids, he was slowly tapering off of them:
"I'll tell you this, there is videos all over the internet of how I looked before steroids and you're going to see... of how I'm going to look after steroids because I'm transitioning off. All nine ancestral tenets will optimize your hormones and your neural chemistry... steroids can't create authentic philosophy. [I last took steroids] this morning. Well, I have a plan to come off [but] it doesnt happen over night."
Even before Johnson came clean about using steroids, many fitness enthusiasts, including UFC commentator Joe Rogan had predicted that the 45-year-old was taking anabolic drugs.
Video: Liver King tries to disprove ab implant allegations
After going public with his steroid use, the Liver King now feels that he needs to prove that his abdominal muscles are real and not synthetic implants. Johnson uploaded a video to Instagram addressing the issue.
The 45-year-old visited plastic surgeon Dr. Daniel Barrett to shed light on the matter, and after examining Johnson's abdominal area, the surgeon concluded that his abs were real.
The doctor said that because his ab muscles were soft when relaxed and there were no surgical scars, it was abundantly clear that Liver King did not have any implants in his abdomen.
