Fabricio Andrade keeps his fans on the down low as he prepares for his world title defense against a familiar foe.
The reigning ONE bantamweight MMA world champion will defend his throne against Kwon Won Il at the stacked ONE 170 card on January 24, 2025, at Impact Arena.
Taking to Instagram, Andrade said he wanted to share with his fans the progress he's been making ahead of his Bangkok showdown against the rampaging Kwon.

"Warming up the machine for January, a little bit of my training routine, I will keep updating you guys on the coming weeks to my next title defense #andSTILL," posted Fabricio Andrade.
The short video showed Andrade working on his already lethal striking with Muay Thai coach Kru Nin at Tiger Muay Thai in Phuket.
Andrade, who was out for 2024 to recuperate from multiple injuries, is one of the most feared strikers on the planet and holds a perfect 6-0 (1 no-contest) record in his MMA matches in ONE Championship.
Of Andrade's six victories, four have come via knockout including a first-round stoppage win over Kwon when they squared off for the first time at ONE 158 in Singapore.
Kwon, for his part, made his way to the title picture after three straight knockout wins against Mark Abelardo, Artem Belakh, and Shinechagtga Zoltsetseg.
Fabricio Andrade confident he can find holes in Kwon Won Il's game
Kwon Won Il has been on one of the best runs of his career, but Fabricio Andrade said he's confident he can find weaknesses in the South Korean mauler's improved game.
In an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda MMA, Andrade said he studied Kwon extensively during his preparation for their world title showdown at ONE 170.
Andrade added that while he's not focused on scoring another first-round finish over Kwon, he will work for the opportunity to send his former foe to the shadow realm in the latter rounds.
"But I’m very confident that I will eventually find holes in his game and stop the fight. But I’m not focused on this just to try and finish it as early as possible in the earlier rounds."
