Scottish Muay Thai star Amy Pirnie had a ONE Championship debut to remember at ONE Fight Night 24, last Friday, Aug. 2, inside the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
The Inferno Muay Thai Gym Glasgow product was welcomed to the world's largest martial arts promotion by Yu Yau Pui in a memorable atomweight Muay Thai fight.
Yu sought to overwhelm Pirnie with a barrage of punches in the early going, but Pirnie's deft counterstriking abilities caught the KF 1 product with a left hook to the jaw that sent her to sleep in just 49 seconds.
Take a look at Amy Pirnie's masterful knockout below as shared by ONE on Instagram.

Yu getting knocked out was certainly not on any fans' bingo cards ahead of ONE Fight Night 24 as she was undefeated through six fights under the ONE banner and had three finishes during that run.
For Pirnie to make short work of the seemingly unstoppable Yu in her ONE debut proves that the ONE atomweight Muay Thai division has become even more dangerous with her arrival.
Amy Pirnie's accomplishments before joining ONE
Before joining ONE Championship, Amy Pirnie won titles under Lion Fight and ISKA plus the WBC Muay Thai Flyweight International gold to post a career record of 26-4 and 10 finishes along the way.
The 31-year-old could not have asked for a better start to her ONE career and if she could keep her momentum going, it may only be a matter of time before she challenges for 26 pounds of ONE Championship gold.
