Three-division ONE MMA world champion Anatoly Malykhin made Arjan Bhullar pay dearly for playing around with him during their unification bout for the undisputed ONE heavyweight MMA world championship at ONE Friday Fights 22 in June 2023.
Visibly frustrated with Bhullar's glove-grabbing, 'Sladkiy' took him down and landed ground-and-pound strikes en route to the third-round TKO to become the undisputed ONE heavyweight MMA world champion.

The win over 'Singh' propelled Malykhin to undisputed two-division ONE MMA world champ status after winning the ONE light heavyweight MMA crown from Reinier de Ridder in December 2022.
Malykhin and 'The Dutch Knight' again crossed paths at ONE 166: Qatar this past March, where the Russian took De Ridder's 205-pound MMA crown via TKO. This cemented Malykhin as the first-ever three-division ONE MMA world champion.
The 36-year-old will defend the ONE heavyweight MMA world championship against Oumar 'Reug Reug' Kane at ONE 169: Malykhin vs. 'Reug Reug' on Nov. 8 inside the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
ONE 169 will air live and free to all Prime Video subscribers in the United States and Canada.
Anatoly Malykhin prepared to lock horns with Shamil Erdogan in ONE
Anatoly Malykhin is ready to throw down in a potential match with still unbeaten Turkish fighter Shamil Erdogan, who defeated former two-division ONE MMA world champion Aung La N Sang at ONE 168: Denver on Sept. 6 inside the Ball Arena.
The Golden Team fighter told ONE recently:
"I remember Erdogan from freestyle wrestling. He won against me at the Yarygin Cup Rybinsk tournament. So, this fight would be a good rematch, now under MMA rules. He's a good fighter! He has excellent wrestling and strong striking. However, his conditioning is not at the highest level, but his striking and wrestling are top-notch."
