In 2020, John Lineker went to war against former bantamweight king Kevin Belingon. It was an action-packed fight between two knockout artists, one from Brazil and the other from the Philippines.

Fans were electrified by the exciting showdown, which is now available to watch in its entirety on ONE Championship's YouTube channel:

'The Silencer' Belingon entered this bout with his signature mullet and donning the red shorts of Team Lakay. Knowing each man's knockout power, both were a tad cautious to engage due to how high the stakes of this match were.

Belingon had powerful leg and side kick attacks throughout, which was wearing on Lineker. 'Hands of Stone', however, chased his Filipino opponent with a flurry of strikes, but Belingon was able to avoid with his movement.

Takedown attempts from 'The Silencer' were well defended by Lineker, and as round one went on, the Brazilian began to land with more regularity.

About one minute into round two, 'Hands of Stone' landed hard to the body, crumpling 'The Silencer' to the ground. Officially, Lineker won the bout via TKO at 1:16 of the second frame.

Later on in 2022, Lineker knocked out Bibiano Fernandes to earn the ONE bantamweight world championship. 'Hands of Stone' is booked for his first world title defense at ONE on Prime Video 3 on October 21.

John Lineker is seeing the knockout at ONE on Prime Video 3

On October 21, 'Hands of Stone' John Lineker will be looking to defend his bantamweight throne against dangerous Brazilian Fabricio Andrade. Leading up to this fight, the MMA veteran has reiterated his confidence in the power he possesses.

During the ONE on Prime Video 3 virtual press conference, the 32-year-old bantamweight king said:

"This is like football. You only need one goal to win. Just like I only need one punch to win. It’s very nice for [Andrade] to dream about turning me into a wrestler. But I’m ready for him. I have over 50 fights, I’ve never been KO’d."

John Lineker will be looking to knock out his compatriot when they meet in the main event of ONE on Prime Video 3 this Friday.
