ONE atomweight submission grappling star Danielle Kelly is one who takes every opportunity that comes her way, and when she got the chance to avenge a loss, she was more than happy to oblige.
At ONE Fight Night 14 in September 2023, Kelly welcomed longtime nemesis Jessa Khan to the world's largest martial arts promotion, where the inaugural ONE atomweight submission grappling world title was on the line.
Kelly knows all too well how vicious Khan can be when given any small mistake to exploit, which is exactly how the former lost to the latter in 2021 under the Who's Number One (WNO) banner.
This time though, the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania native was determined to get the victory and was extremely dominant in her performance, leading to her winning via unanimous decision.

The victory gave the Silver Fox BJJ product her third victory under ONE Championship and improved her overall record to 22 wins with 14 submissions.
Danielle Kelly eyeing to take home third performance bonus
The 28-year-old will make her first world title defense at ONE Fight Night 24 on August 2 inside the Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand against nine-time IBJJF world champion Mayssa Bastos, who is coming off a successful ONE debut against Kanae Yamada this past March.
With Danielle Kelly having been awarded two $50,000 performance bonuses to date and putting her all in training camp, she would love nothing more than to take home another bonus. Ahead of the bout, she took to Instagram and wrote:
"Chasing the bag 💰. Always love getting the extra comp training on Wednesdays."
ONE Fight Night 24 will air live and free to all Prime Video subscribers in the United States and Canada.
