MMA icon Demetrious Johnson channeled his inner 50 Cent by doing upside down sit-ups, reminiscent of the rapper's famed "In Da Club" music video.
'Mighty Mouse' is gearing up for one of the biggest fights of his life at ONE Fight Night 10 on Prime Video, where he'll face Adriano Moraes in the third leg of their trilogy.
Demetrious Johnson has always taken incredible care of his body and this time around is no different. The flyweight champ was recently filmed doing sit-ups while hanging from a pull-up bar.

Demetrious Johnson explains how he's able to beat larger opponents
Standing at just five-foot-three, 'Mighty Mouse' is often the smaller fighter when he steps inside the cage. Yet, he has managed to carve out a legendary career.
He recently described how he has been able to be so successful in an interview with FightTips, stating:
“When you land an airplane on a runway, it’s nice and long, it’s nice and wide. But try to land a runway on a rock, you can’t. It can’t find it’s balance. It can’t be there. So if Dwayne Johnson was on top of me, and he laid on me, if I get small like a rock, I could always be here or rotate him, do what I want, and just tear him up that way.”

The 36-year-old is 4-1 in ONE Championship MMA competition, with victories over Yuya Wakamatsu, Tatsumitsu Wada, Danny Kingad, and most recently, Adriano Moraes.
Meanwhile, Moraes became the only man to finish Johnson when he landed a flush combination to take out the legend in the second round of their first bout. 'Mikinho' would end up defending the belt once before losing it to 'Mighty Mouse' last August.
The flyweight champ believes he has a lot of fights left in him. He already owns notable wins outside of ONE over the likes of Henry Cejudo, Ray Borg, John Dodson, Joseph Benavidez, and others.
